Om Care N Cure is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with Digital Diary. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are considered and how cancellations are handled.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing Digital Diary, you agree to this policy.

2. Nature of the Product

Digital Diary is a digital software product (desktop application). Because it is a digital product delivered electronically, certain limitations apply to refunds as described below.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered after payment was confirmed and a reasonable wait period has passed.
• The product is found to be significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.
• A technical defect or fault in the product that renders it non-functional and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after the product has been delivered and accessed.
• Failure to meet system requirements that were communicated before purchase.
• Issues arising from incorrect installation by the user after setup guidance has been provided.
• Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Om Care N Cure using the following methods within 7 days of your purchase:

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to the payment gateway's processing timelines.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a purchase order before delivery, please contact us immediately. Cancellations requested before the product is delivered will be honored and a full refund processed.

Once the product has been delivered and access or download provided, cancellation requests will be treated as refund requests per Section 3 above.
