This Delivery and Fulfilment Policy explains how Om Care N Cure delivers Digital Diary after a successful purchase. Please read this document carefully so you understand what to expect after your payment is completed.
2. Product Type
Digital Diary is a downloadable desktop application for Windows. There is no physical delivery involved. The product (Windows setup file) is delivered electronically after purchase confirmation.
3. Delivery Method
After your payment is successfully processed, Om Care N Cure will deliver the Digital Diary Windows setup file through one or more of the following methods:
- Email delivery — The Windows setup file or a secure download link will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- WhatsApp delivery — The setup file may be shared via WhatsApp if arranged at the time of purchase.
- Installation & Onboarding Support — Our team provides step-by-step installation guidance and an onboarding walkthrough after delivery, at no additional charge.
4. Delivery Timeline
In most cases, delivery is completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). If delivery is delayed for any reason, our team will contact you proactively via email or WhatsApp.
5. Onboarding and Setup Guidance
After delivery, Om Care N Cure provides onboarding assistance to help you get started with Digital Diary. This includes:
- Installation guidance for the desktop application
- Initial setup walkthrough via WhatsApp or email support
- Answers to product usage questions from our support team
6. Non-Delivery
If you do not receive your product delivery within 48 hours of payment confirmation, please contact us immediately using the details below. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Service Area
Digital Diary is available to customers across India. As a digital product, there are no geographical restrictions on delivery within the country.
